青海云杉天然群体叶解剖结构的变异性及其与生态地理因子的相关性

摘  要:
以祁连山天然分布区的青海云杉为研究对象,调查了10个群体200个单株的8个针叶横切面解剖结构长度指标,研究了群体间和群体内的叶解剖结构变异程度,叶解剖结构性状间及其与地理、气候因子间的相关性,并运用聚类分析进行了群体分类.结果表明:祁连山青海云杉天然群体叶解剖结构的所有性状在群体间都存在着极显著差异,而在群体内差异不显著,即青海云杉叶解剖结构性状只在群体间存在广泛变异;各性状与年降水量呈显著或极显著的负相关,呈现出以年降水量变异为主的梯度规律性;通过对解剖指标的聚类分析可以将青海云杉10个群体划分为4个类群.

摘  要:
Eight length traits of needle transverse sections of 200 individuals from 10 natural populations of Picea crassifolia in Qilian Mountains were measured,the variations of needle anatomical structure among populations and within the population were studied,as well as the correlation between anatomical structure indexes and geographical factors,and the populations were classified by cluster analysis.The results showed that variations within the populations were much higher than that among populations;the anatomical structure indexes were significantly different among populations,while they were just opposite within the population;the anatomical structure indexes were mainly affected by annual precipitation.According to the UPGMA cluster analysis,10 natural populations of the Picea crassifolia were divided into four groups.
