摘  要：
《新疆农业科学》自创刊以来一直坚持"立足新疆,面向国内外,以提高为主"的方针,强调"繁荣农业科学,促进农业生产"的办刊宗旨,坚持正确的办刊方向,严格遵守国家有关出版的法律、规章,重视编辑部各项制度的完善与人员培养及管理,在深化改革、促进刊物发展方面积极探索并取得显著成绩。坚持社会效益第一,实现了社会效益、经济、生态效益的最佳结合。2011年—2012年刊物刊登的科技论文761篇,刊发论文获国家、自治区(兵团)科技进步奖近50项科研项目产出论文近120篇,在推动新疆科技进步、社会经济发展中发挥了重要作用。

摘  要：
Since the start, Xinjiang Agricultural Sciences has been stayed the course of the policy "basing in Xinjiang, facing domestic and global world and focusing on improvement". It stresses the tenet of running the journal such as " flourishing agricultural sciences and promoting its production". It sticks to the right guideline of running the journal and strictly observes the state' s variety of laws and regulations relevant to the publication and attaches great importance to the perfection of the editorial department and training of its staff. It has achieved outstanding accomplishments in areas such as further reform and development. Meanwhile, it clings to the principle of social benefits first, trying to realize the optimal combination of social, economic and ecological benefits. During the year 2011-2012, it published 761 papers, among which, 120 papers have won nearly 50 awards of scientific progress in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Obviously and undoubtedly, the journal has played its due role in promoting science and technology application and in developing social economy in Xinjiang.
