摘 要:
以玉米(Zea mays L.)种子和幼苗为研究对象,考察了不同浓度锶胁迫对玉米种子发芽率、幼苗根长、株高以及叶片中叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明,放射性核素锶对玉米种子的发芽及幼苗的生长具有双向作用,即低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的作用;随着锶胁迫浓度的增加,SOD活性呈现先增加后下降的趋势,而POD活性总体呈下降趋势,MDA含量总体呈升高趋势,表明玉米幼苗在放射性核素锶胁迫过程中经历了忍耐和逐渐受损的过程。

摘 要:
Taking corn seeds and seedlings as material,the effects of strontium on the maize seed germination rate,root length and plant height of seedings, chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,peroxidase(POD) activity and malondial-dehyde(MDA) content of leaves were studied. The results showed that radionuclide strontium had two-phase effects on maize seed germination and seedling growth,low doses promoted the proliferation of osteoblasts,but high doses inhibited the proliferation. With the concentrations of strontium increasing,the activities of SOD decreased initially and then increased,and the activities of POD decreased,whereas the content of MDA increased, which indicated that the maize seedlings undergo the process of the tolerance to be damaged under radionuclide strontium stress.
