2个小麦品系抗白粉病基因的分子鉴定

摘  要:
小麦品系郑91138-16-2-13-12和郑315是从国内小麦品种资源中筛选出的抗白粉病材料,经多年田间鉴定表现为高抗或免疫。本研究利用Pm4,Pm13,Pm21的分子标记对这2个品系进行PCR分析,结果表明,这2个品系均携带Pm4基因,不含Pm13和Pm21基因,为该品种的合理利用提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
Two wheat powdery mildew resistance cultivars 91138-16-2-1312 and Zheng 315 were screened from the domestic germplasms.They showed high resistance or immunity against powdery mildew in the field.The PCR analysis was conducted using the molecular markers tightly linked with Pm4,Pm13 and Pm21 genes.The result showed that the two cultivars 91138-16-2-13-12 and Zheng 315 carried Pm4 gene and didn't carry Pm13 or Pm21 gene.
