废弃轮胎橡胶颗粒改良红黏土强度试验研究

摘  要:
为了提高废弃轮胎的利用率及增强红黏土作为路基填料的稳定性,本文将废弃轮胎橡胶颗粒作为红黏土的改良剂,首先通过室内物理力学试验、X射线衍射图谱和傅里叶红外光谱分析,得到呼和浩特市榆林镇红黏土的基本物理力学性质及矿物成分。然后通过室内三轴试验,对比分析掺加2%、4%、6%、8%废弃轮胎橡胶颗粒对红黏土抗剪强度。结果表明,内摩擦角增大是掺入废弃轮胎橡胶颗粒的红黏土抗剪强度增加的主要因素之一,且掺量在2%~4%红黏土的抗剪强度能够得到有效改善。

摘  要:
The waste tire rubber powder was conducted as modifier of the red clay to improve the stability in red clay embankment fill. The basic physical,mechanical properties and the mineral components of red clay,which carried from Yulin town,Hohhot,were determined by physical and mechanical test,analyzed through X Ray Diffraction and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. The shear strength of red clay with adding 2%,4%,6% and 8% waste tire rubber powder was measured by the Triaxial Test. Results show that the internal friction angle increases is one of the main factors to increase the strength of the shear resistance of red clay mixed with rubber particles,and the red clay shear strength can be effectively improved under the dosage of 2% to 4%.
