滨州市奶山羊临床型乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定与耐药性分析

摘  要：
为了解近年山东滨州奶山羊临床型乳房炎主要致病菌的种类,对临床型乳房炎病山羊进行调查,采集羊乳,并进行细菌分离培养、生化试验及耐药性分析。结果从29份奶样中检出47株病原菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌16株,占34%;表皮葡萄球菌14株,占29.8%;无乳链球菌6株,占12.8%;乳房链球菌2株,占4.3%;肠球菌2株,占4.3%;大肠埃希菌6株,占12.8%;变形杆菌1株,占2.1%。耐药分析表明,肠球菌对青霉素及头孢类耐药,其他分离菌株对头孢唑啉、头孢曲松、头孢西丁等药物敏感,对青霉素、复方新诺明耐药。该研究可为临床用药、有效降低奶山羊乳腺炎的耐药性及防治提供依据。

摘  要：
In order to understand the major types of clinical mastitis pathogens in dairy goats of Binzhou,we investigated diseased goats and collected goat milk,and did bacterial isolation and culture,biochemical tests and analysis of drug resistance,47 strains of pathogens were detected in 29 samples.There are 16 strains of Staphylococcus aureus accounting for 34%;14strains of Staphylococcusepidermidisaccounting for 29.8%;6strains of Streptococcus agalactiae(12.8%);2strains of S.uberis(4.3%);2strains of Enterococcus(4.3%);6strains of E.coli(12.8%);1strain of Proteus accounting for(2.1%).Drug resistance analysis showed that enterococci are resistant to penicillin and cephalosporins,other isolated bacteria are sensitive to cefazolin,ceftriaxone,cefoxitin and resistant to penicillin,trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole.This study provides the basis for clinical medication,can effectively reduce the drug resistance of bacteria in dairy goat mastitis.
