摘  要：
受新型城镇化、工业化快速推进等因素影响,确保国家粮食安全的资源环境约束日益加剧,提升粮食单产已成为新常态下确保国家粮食安全的唯一途径。本文通过我国粮食单产发展的国际对比分析,找出国内外粮食单产水平的差距,归纳总结国际社会提高单产和促进粮食可持续发展的经验,为提升我国粮食单产水平、确保今后国家粮食安全提出相应政策建议。

摘  要：
Improving grain yield has become the only way to ensure national grain security due to increasing resource and environmental constraints deteriorated by the rapid development of industrialization and new-type urbanization. This paper focused on the international comparative analysis of grain yield between China and the other developed countries,summarized the experience of grain yield promoting practices in developed countries,and suggested policy options for enhancing grain production.
