青山羊生长期蛋白质需要量的研究

本研究采用内源性氮的测定,饲养试验和氮平衡试验等方法,探讨青山羊生长期的蛋白质需要量。用低氮日粮测得青山羊的尿内源氮(EUN)为0.121克/W~(0.75),粪代谢氮为(MFN)为0.151克/W~(0.75)或0.56克/100克DMI,与前人结果一致。氮平衡试验资料得出,蛋白质含量对其它营养成分消化率影响不大,但通径分析的结果,氮的消化率却受其它营养成分含量的影响。其中以可消化能(DE)的影响最大,但起决定性因素的是无氮浸出物(NFE)。用方差分析的最小二乘估计等方法分析饲养试验的资料指出:日粮粗蛋白(CP)水平对增重的直接作用和总作用都居首位,而DE的总作用次之。但蛋白质水平以8.5%为宜,高于8.5%则意义不大。综合试验结果用几种方法推算,得出青山羊生长期蛋白质最小维持需要量为1.51DCP/W~(0.75);维持需要为2.92克CP/W~(0.75)或1.79克DCP/W~(0.75);增重的需要为0.56克CP/克增重或0.35克DCP/克增重。归纳得出青山羊生长期蛋白质需要量公式为:RCP(克/天)=2.79W~(0.75)+0.56克增重。

Four month age Qing goats (33 heads) were used in this experiment to study the protein requirements of growing goats. A feeding trail and a N-balance trail were designed for determining EUN and MFN. With low-N ration the EUN of the goat is 0.121g/w0.75, MFN is 0.151g/w0.75 or 0.56g/100g DMI, which are in agreement with the results of the others'. From the N-balance data it is known that the content of protein has little effect on the digestibility of other constituents of the diet, but its digestibility is affected by the other nutrients, espcially DE and NFE. The result of Path Analysis indicates that the general effect of DE oh nitrogen digestibility is the largest. By the Least Square Method of Variance Analysis and other analysis methods it is found that protein is the main factor affecting gain and that the general effect of DE is the second one. But the appropriate protein level is 8.5% which means that the group II is the ideal one. Based on the results of this experiment, the protein requirements of young Qing goat for minimum maintenance is 1.51g DCP/W0.75, the maintenance requirement is 2.92g CP/W0.75 or 1.79g DCP/W0.75, the requirement for gain is 0.56gCP/g or 0.35g DGP/g. From all these data the protein requirement equation for growth can be obtained as follows: CP(g/day) =2.92W0.75 + 0.56g gain.
