北京市政策性蔬菜保险需求的影响因素分析——基于对蔬菜种植户的调研

摘 要：
以Von Neumann-Morgenstern效用理论为基础,采用实际调研数据,通过Logit离散选择模型分析农户对北京市政策性蔬菜保险需求的影响因素,研究结果表明:是否有外出务工人员、设施蔬菜生产的年限、农业风险对农户生产生活的影响、农户对温室和大棚保险的了解程度以及风险规避手段的数量均对农户购买温室、大棚保险的意愿有显著性影响。其中,前两个因素对购买意愿的影响是负向的,而后三个因素则起正向作用。最后提出促进北京市政策性蔬菜保险发展的政策建议。

摘 要：
Based on the Von Neumann-Morgenstern utility theory,this paper used the actual survey data,and analyzed the influencing factors for Beijing policy vegetable insurance demand by Logit model.The results showed that whether there were migrant workers,the number of fixed years for facility vegetable production,impact of agricultural risks to farm household production and life,farm households' understanding about insurance of greenhouse and plastic shed,and the number of risk aversion means had significant impact on farm households' wishs to purchase greenhouse and plastic shed insurance.Among them,the first 2 factors have negative influence on their purchasing intention;while,the later 3 factors have positive effects.Finally the paper put forward policy suggestions to promote the development of policy vegetable insurance in Beijing.
