摘  要:
针对1ZT-210型水稻茎秆整株还田机的埋草弯刀,介绍了其滑切角以及安装角,讨论了动态滑切角的影响因素;同时,分析了安装角对滑切角的影响,建立了数学模型。最后,提出了刀盘的设计改进方案,为整机优化设计提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
The grass removing angle and setting angle of straw-mulching bent blade of the straw-returned-native-field machine (Model: 1ZT-210) were described in the paper. The influencing factors of the dynamic grass removing angle were discussed, and the relationship between the setting angle and the grass removing angle was analyzed and a mathematic model was built. Moreover, the improvement scheme of the cutter head was proposed in the paper, it provides theory for the improvement of whole machine.
