摘 要:
为探讨甲苯咪唑对鲤鱼的致毒机理,采用静态水质接触染毒法,研究在不同暴露浓度(0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.6 mg/L甲苯咪唑)和不同暴露时间(24、72、120、168 h)下甲苯咪唑对黄河鲤(Cyprinus carpio L.var.haematopterus Temminck et Schlegel)鳃、肝胰脏和肾脏里过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果显示,甲苯咪唑对鲤鱼过氧化氢酶活性具有明显的诱导作用,呈现一定的剂量效应与时间效应,且随浓度的升高和时间的延长,过氧化氢酶活性呈先升高、后降低的变化趋势,特别是在暴露于甲苯咪唑72 h后,各处理浓度对黄河鲤鳃、肝胰脏和肾脏里过氧化氢酶活性的影响均达极显著水平。甲苯咪唑引起黄河鲤中毒的主要靶分子可能是过氧化氢酶,过氧化氢酶活性可作为鲤鱼甲苯咪唑中毒的指示指标。

摘 要:
To investigate the toxic mechanism of mebendazole in Yellow River carp(Cyprinus carpio L. var. haematopterus Temminck et Schlegel),the method of static water contact exposure was used to study the effects of mebendazole on Catalase(CAT) activities in gill,liver and kidney of Yellow River carp with different concentrations,i.e.0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6 mg/L,respectively, and different action times,i.e.24,72,120,168 hours,respectively. The results showed that mebendazole had obvious inducing effect on the CAT activities of common carp with certain dose-response and time-response,and along with the increase of exposure concentration and time,the CAT activities increased firstly and then decreased. Especially,after exposure for 72 h,the effects of each treatment concentrations on the CAT activities of gill,liver pancreas and kidney of the Yellow River carp reached a very significant level. CAT activities could be a toxicity indicator of and the target molecule of mebendazole in the Yellow River carp could be CAT. The main target molecules of mebendazole to poison Yellow River carp may be CAT,and the activity of CAT can be used as indicator for the poisoning of the common carp.
