摘 要:
【目的】分析脱落酸(ABA)和乙烯利与采后梨枣生理及质量指标的相关性,为梨枣保鲜及其预防衰老提供参考依据。【方法】用清水、乙烯利和ABA分别浸泡鲜梨枣后在0℃条件下保存形成A、B和C3个试验组,测定各试验组梨枣的过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)等6个生理指标及好果率、果实硬度两个质量指标,用综合相关系数法分析ABA和乙烯利对各指标的影响及各指标间的相互关系。【结果】A组中,指标组1各生理指标对梨枣果实质量影响的重要性为脂氧合酶(LOX)含量>乙烯释放量>ABA含量;指标组2各指标对梨枣果实质量影响的重要性为果实硬度>呼吸强度>好果率>POD活性>CAT活性,两指标组间的综合相关系数为-0.4988,相关不显著(P>0.05)。B组中,指标组1各生理指标对梨枣果实质量影响的重要性顺序与A组相同,但乙烯释放量和ABA含量对梨枣果实质量影响作用较A组大;指标组2各指标对梨枣果实质量影响的重要性为呼吸强度>好果率>果实硬度>POD活性>CAT活性,两组间的综合相关系数为-0.9851,相关极显著(P<0.01,下同)。C组中,指标组1各生理指标对梨枣果实质量影响的重要性为乙烯释放量>LOX含量>ABA含量,乙烯释放量和ABA含量对梨枣果实质量影响作用显著高于A组(P<0.05);指标组2各指标对梨枣果实质量影响的重要性为好果率>果实硬度>呼吸强度>CAT活性>POD活性,两组间的综合相关系数为-0.9044相关极显著。【结论】引起梨枣软化衰老的主要因素是采后梨枣内源性ABA含量和乙烯释放量增加,有效抑制其增加是防止梨枣鲜果软化衰老的重要途径之一。

摘 要:
[Objective]The correlations of abscisic acid(ABA) and ethephon with physiology and qualigy indexes of postharvest Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao were analyzed,in order to provide reference basis for preserving Z.jujuba cv.lizao and preventing it from softening and aging.[Method]The fresh fruits of Z.jujuba cv.Lizao were divided into 3 groups viz.,group A,B,C,which were soaked in water,ethephon and ABA at 0℃ to preserve them,respectively.Then six physiological indexes viz.,peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),lipoxygenase(LOX) activities etc.and two quality indexes viz.,sound fruit rate,fruit hardness indexes were determined,and the interrelation of those indexes and effects of ABA and ethephon on those indexes were analyzed by comprehensive correlation coefficient method.[Result]In the group A,all physiological indexes in index group 1 were ranked according to importance of their effects on fruit quality,as follows:LOX content> ethylene production> ABA content,all physiological indexes in index group 2 were ranked according to importance of their effects on fruit quality,as follows:fruit hardness>respiration rate>sound fruit rate>POD activity>CAT activity,and the integrated correlation coefficient between two index groups was-0.4988,there was significant correlation between two index groups(P>0.05).In addition,in group B,the ranking result of all physiological indexes in index group1 according to importance of their effects on fruit quality was same as that in group A,while the effects of ethylene production and ABA content on fruit quality were greater than those in group A.In group B,all physiological indexes in index group 2 were ranked according to importance of effects on fruit quality,as follows:respiration rate>sound fruit rate>fruit hardness>POD activity>CAT activity,the integrated correlation coefficient between two index groups was-0.9851,there were extremely significant correlation between two index groups(P<0.01,the same below).In the group C,all physiological indexes in index group 1 were ranked according to importance of their effects on fruit quality,as follow:ethylene production>LOX content>ABA content;while the effects of ethylene production and ABA content on fruit quality were greater than those in group A(P<0.05);all physiological indexes in index group 2 were ranked according to importance of their effects on fruit quality,as follow:sound fruit rate>fruit hardness>respiration rate>CAT activity>POD activity,the integrated correlation coefficient between two index groups was-0.9044,there were extremely significant correlation between two index groups.[Conclusion]Increase of endogenous ABA content and ethylene production were main factors causing softening and aging of Z.jujuba cv.Lizao fruit.Therefore,inhibiting effectively endogenous ABA and ethephon from increasing is one of important ways to prevent Z.jujuba cv.Lizao fruit from softening and aging.
