摘 要：
Tea occupies an important position in the composition of human food culture. Tea not only meets the physiological needs of the people, but also often conveys extremely rich cultural information. The Hani people have a long history of drinking tea, which exists in various space fields of people’s lives. This paper analyzes the Hani tea in the food culture and the cultural characteristics of the Hani tea drink in the adaptability, blending, ritual, change and regression.
