This paper analyzes the present situation of the mobile learning both at home and abroad, the mobile terminal equipment technology and the combination of mobile learning theory, based on android system of mobile learning platform is put forward the overall framework, and functional modules of the system were analyzed, and explore the platform to realize the environment and technology involved.
