摘 要：
[目的]研究羊厩肥对马铃薯中铁的浓度、吸收累积量及其在体内分布运转的影响。[方法]以紫花白马铃薯为试验材料,采用田间试验、化学分析、生物统计相结合的方法,对CK区、羊厩肥区所采集的马铃薯各生育时期各器官的烘干样品用HNO3-HClO4消煮,用TAS-986原子吸收分光光度法测定铁素含量。[结果]羊厩肥的施用不同程度地增加了马铃薯各生育时期全株铁素的含量,经差异显著性测验,结果并不显著。厩肥对马铃薯不同生育时期不同器官铁素分布的影响也各不相同,虽然在叶和块茎中,施羊厩肥增量平均减少1.93和5.09个百分点,但在茎中却增加了7.03个百分点,结果并不显著。[结论]羊厩肥对马铃薯不同生育时期全株铁累积吸收量各不相同,在多数时期表现为正效应。

摘 要：
[Objective] The aimed was to research the effect of sheep stable manure on the concn.,absorption cumulant,distribution and translocation in body in the potato.[Method] With Zihuabai potato as the tested material and by using the method of field experiments and chemical analysis combined with the biological statistics,the oven-dried samples from each growing stage and each organ of potato collected in CK plot and sheep stable manure plot were made by HNO3-HClO4 to heatdigestion and the content of Fe was measured by using TAS-986 atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] The application of sheep stable manure increased the content of Fe in the each growing stage of potato.Through the difference significance test of,the result was not the remarkable.The effects of sheep stable manure on the Fe distribution in different organ in different growing stage were different.The stable manure was decreased by 1.93 and 5.09 percentage point on average in the leaf and tuber,but that was increased by 7.03 percentage point in the tuber and the result was not remarkable.[Conclusion] The accumulation and absorption amount of sheep stable manure on the Fe in the whole plant of potato in different growing stage was different and it showed the positive effect in the most period.
