摘 要:
文章借鉴马克思地租理论,概括一般意义上地租的存在条件:产权束的分离,较低的资本有机构成,市场经济环境和立地差异。据此对建国后我国森林地租的存在性问题进行分析,认为从实行土地改革到实行"林业三定"之前,不具备森林地租存在的条件。"林业三定"后森林地租在国有林区和集体林区出现,但存在产权主体模糊、产权束绞合等问题,使森林地租缺乏制度环境。林权改革促使林地所有权和使用权的分离,是森林地租及其表现形式明晰化的标志。

摘 要:
Based on Marx's land rent theory the existing factors of land rent can be summarized as follows: separation of property and usufruct,low capital organic structure,market economy environment and land plot difference.The existence of forestry land rent in China was discussed,under the theory above. It comes to conclusion that forestry land rent has not got necessary conditions until forestry property right reform,adjusting property,usufruct and circulation issues.
