摘  要:
根据打瓜收获的工作要求,用数字化设计手段,以打瓜捡拾脱籽联合收获机为研究对象,基于Solidworks软件平台采用多种建模方式,构建了数字化虚拟样机模型,并对其关键零部件-捡拾辊同底盘连接的铰接板的参数和结构进行了设计、分析和优化,从而为打瓜捡拾脱籽联合收获机的改进提供了可靠的依据。采用参数化设计方法设计了系列产品。在产品开发过程中采用虚拟样机技术,可以优化产品设计方案,缩短产品开发周期,节约产品开发成本。

摘  要:
According to the seed-watermelon harvesting requirements,the paper takes Seed-watermelon Picking and threshing harvester(PTH) as research object,use virtual design method,establish virtual prototype(VP) of PTH based on the Solidworks 3D design software and kinds of modeling methods.The key? parts key-hinged plate parameters and structure were optimized and analyzed to provide reliable foundation for improve the design.Series PTH production were designed by parametrical design.The VP technology used in production research can optimize the design,short development cycle and save costs.
