打击揉搓式花生脱壳机脱壳性能影响因素探析

摘  要:
打击揉搓式花生脱壳机是目前我国市场上广泛使用的花生脱壳机具之一。为改进脱壳机设计,提高脱壳性能,研究在大量文献检索与调查研究的基础上,主要从设备特性、脱壳工艺以及物料品种特性三方面对影响其剥净率及果仁破伤率的因素进行了系统探析,并提出了相关对策和建议,以期为该类花生脱壳设备的性能提升和创新研发提供参考。

摘  要:
Peanut shelling machine of striking and rubbing type is widely used in Chinese market.In order to improve the design and performance of peanut sheller,this study described and analyzed the influencing factors of the stripping rate of machine and the damaged nuts rate according to the device characteristics,shelling process and material breed character based on the extensive investigation and collection of the information of peanut sheller,and put forward relevant measures and suggestions to improve equipment performance.This research provided the reference countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the device performance of peanut sheller and the design of new sheller.
