西瓜子叶离体再生体系的建立

摘  要:
以西瓜品种134-2标为材料,进行子叶高效再生体系建立的研究。结果表明:西瓜子叶不定芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+IAA 0.2mg/L,出芽率可达96%;芽伸长最佳培养基为MS+KT 0.2mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA 0.1mg/L。

摘  要:
Watermelon cultivar 134-2 was used as test material,the high efficient regeneration system of watermelon was established.The results showed that the optimal medium for the watermelon cotyledon callus and adventitious bud induction was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L;the most suitable medium for the buds to lengthen was MS+KT 0.2 mg/L;the best medium for root induction was 1/2 MS+IAA 0.1 mg/L.
