当代“两山理论”与生态经济发展关系研究

摘  要：
新中国成立以来,我国对自然生态与经济发展关系的认识经历了初期的"绿水青山"换取"金山银山",到后来的保护"绿水青山"发展"金山银山",直至当前的"绿水青山就是金山银山"三个阶段,这是对自然生态与经济发展辩证关系认识的演变历程。"绿水青山"和"金山银山"都是生产力,前者是自然生产力,后者是社会生产力,只有二者相统一,才能促进社会人与自然和谐发展。生态经济模式的探索就是将自然生产力与社会生产力有机融合的结果。完善生态文明保护制度,加强生态文明建设,才能实现我国经济的可持续发展。

摘  要：
Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,our understanding on the relation between natural ecology and economic development has gone through three stages: the initial stage of Green Water & Green Mountains in exchange for Jinshan & Yinshan,the later stage of protection Green Water & Green Mountains for facilitating Jinshan & Yinshan,and the current stage of Green Water & Green Mountains is Jinshan & Yinshan,which reflect the evolution process of the dialectical relationship between natural ecology and economic development.Green Water & Green Mountains and Jinshan & Yinshan are both productive forces.The former is natural productive forces,while the latter is social productive forces.Only when they are unified,could the harmonious development of people and nature be promoted.The exploration of ecological economic model is the result of the effective integration of natural productivity and social productivity.Only by improving the protection system of ecological civilization and strengthening the construction of ecological civilization can we realize the sustainable development of China's economy.
