溴菌腈·多菌灵混剂对柑橘炭疽病的防治效果

摘  要:
分别以孢子萌发法与菌丝生长法测定了5种配比的溴菌腈与多菌灵混配剂对柑橘炭疽病菌的毒力.结果表明,各种配比的混配剂都有增效作用,其中以溴菌腈∶多菌灵为3∶4的混配制剂增效作用最显著,孢子萌发法和菌丝生长法的共毒系数分别为268.7、293.4.田间防治试验,按溴菌腈∶多菌灵为3∶4制成的35%溴菌腈·多菌灵混剂WP药后7-21d防治效果达81.6%-91.4%,比25%溴菌腈WP和50%多菌灵WP的防治效果分别提高10%和20%-30%.

摘  要:
The toxicities of the mixtures of carbendazim and bromothalonil were determined by mycelium growth and spore germination of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz. The result showed that 5 kinds of mixtures had different synergisms, of which the mixture of bromothalonil ∶ carbendazim = 3∶4 was the most significant with the cotoxicity cofficient of 268.7 on mycelium growth and 293.4 on spore germination. The result of field trial indicated that the control effects of 35% carbendazim and bromothalonil WP increased by 10% and 20%-30% respectively, compared with that of 25% bromothalonil WP and 50% carbendazim WP after being applied to citrus anthracnose disease for 7-21 d.
