摘  要:
从疑似猪生殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染猪的肺、淋巴结提取样本RNA,针对PRRSV的部分Nsp2基因进行了RT-PCR扩增。结果显示,扩增得到大小不同的2种(HW1和HW2)DNA条带。对PCR产物进行序列分析的结果表明,HW1和HW2都是Nsp2基因的扩增产物,HW2大小为1 062 bp,相对于经典PRRSV缺失90 bp,HW1为975 bp,缺失177 bp,二者之间的核苷酸同源性为98.2%;氨基酸同源性为96.6%。这说明病猪混合感染了2种Nsp2基因不同程度缺失的PRRSV。

摘  要:
Two different fragments(HW1 and HW2) were amplified by RT-PCR from lung and lymph node of pigs infected suspectably with PRRSV.Sequence analysis indicated that both HW1 and HW2 were originated from PRRSV strains,HW2 was 1 062 bp and deleted 90 bp compared with the Nsp2 gene of classical PRRSV strains,and HW1 was 975 bp and deleted 177 bp.The HW1 shared 98.2% homology with HW2 at nucleotide level and 96.6% at amino acid level respectively.The results showed that co-infection of PRRSV strains with different gene deletion in Nsp2 gene site occurred in the infected pigs.
