三角橡胶履带轮技术发展现状及分析

摘  要:
三角橡胶履带轮行走装置性能优良、应用广泛,但我国三角橡胶履带轮技术水平与国外相比存在较大差距。为深入探究三角橡胶履带轮技术,加快推进三角橡胶履带轮技术在国内的应用进程,阐述国内外三角橡胶履带轮技术的研究应用现状,介绍三角橡胶履带轮的结构、分类及使用范围,总结橡胶履带的芯金互锁定位技术、防边缘切割技术、螺旋钢丝帘线技术,橡胶凸耳强化设计及其可拆卸、可替换技术,讨论了驱动轮、支重轮、导向轮、张紧装置、除泥结构等关键部件的设计原则和优化方案,同时提出国外三角橡胶履带轮趋于标准化、智能化、轻量化方向发展,国内开始重视高速重载三角橡胶履带轮的研发设计,橡胶履带轮的动态张紧技术、弹性悬架结构、转向性能及轮履转换技术将成为研究重点。

摘  要:
Triangular rubber track wheel traveling device has excellent performance and wide application, but the technical level of triangular rubber trackwheel in China lags far behind that in foreign countries. In order to explore the technology of triangular rubber track wheel and accelerate the application of triangular rubber track wheel technology in China, this paper described the research and application status of triangular rubber track wheel technology at home and abroad, introduced the structure, classification and application scope of triangular rubber track wheel, summarized the core-metal interlocking technology, anti-edge cutting technology, spiral steel cord technology, rubber lug strengthening design and its disassembly and replacement technology, discussed the design principles and optimization schemes of key components such as drive wheel, track roller, guide wheel, tensioning device and desilting structure. At the same time, it is pointed out that the development of triangular rubber track wheels abroad tends to be standardized, intelligent and lightweight. At home, attention has been paid to the research and design of triangular rubber track wheels with high speed and heavy load. The dynamic tensioning technology, elastic suspension structure, steering performance and wheel-track conversion technology of rubber caterpillar wheels will become the research focus.
