鸡资源群体脂肪相关性状的遗传分离特性

摘  要:
以固始鸡和安卡红鸡杂交建立的F_2代资源群为研究材料,探讨肌间脂肪宽、皮下脂肪厚、腹脂重和腹脂率的遗传分离规律。结果表明:肌间脂肪宽、皮下脂肪厚、腹脂重和腹脂率在F_2代发生了很大的分离,4个性状在不同性别间均呈极显著差异,公鸡极显著低于母鸡;正交群体皮下脂肪厚显著低于反交群;肌间脂肪宽、皮下脂肪厚、腹脂重和腹脂率在家系间存在极显著差异;体重等级对4个脂肪相关性状的效应在公、母鸡群间有明显差异,体重等级对公鸡脂肪性状的影响较弱,仅对公鸡肌间脂肪性状有显著影响,而对母鸡的肌间脂肪宽、皮下脂肪厚、腹脂重和腹脂率的影响均达极显著水平。结果提示该资源群体可有效地用于脂肪相关性状的定位和功能基因的克隆。

摘  要:
The F_2 resource population were established by Gushi chicken crossing with Ankao chicken.In this experi- ment,the research on the genetic segregation rule of four fat-related traits was conducted in this population,including intra- muscle fat,hypodermal fat,abdomen fat and abdomen fat rate.It shows that F_2 population produce great segregation on these fat-related traits:four fat-related traits in male group were extremely lower than that in female group;hypodermat fat in direct cross was significant lower than that in reciprocal cross;the difference of intra-muscle fat,hypodermal fat,ab- domen fat and abdomen fat rate gain the extremely significant level among 7 families;the effects of weight grade on intra- muscle fat,hypodermal fat,abdomen fat and abdomen fat rate are different between male and female chickens,it was weak in male population,only intra-muscle fat was significant,which the effect was extremely significant in female population.It shows that the resource population can be efficiently used to the QTL mapping and functional gene cloning of these fat-relat- ed traits.
