挤压膨化技术在秸秆饲料加工中的应用

摘  要:
挤压膨化技术业已成为发展速度最快的饲料加工新技术。对农作物秸秆进行挤压膨化加工用做饲料,有助于缓解我国饲料粮供应紧张状况,具有重要的现实意义。为此,介绍了秸秆膨化加工的设备及膨化原理,总结了膨化加工的关键工艺流程,分析了膨化前后农作物秸秆的细胞结构变化和营养成分的变化,并对今后秸秆挤压膨化技术的研究方向进行了探讨。

摘  要:
Extrusion is a kind of new processing technology in feed industry by the high-speed development. It can help relieve tension status of our country’s feed grain, if uses extruded straw substitute feed grain. This paper introduces extruding equipments and theories on the straw processing, pivotal technological of extruding process and the trait of produce is summarized, cytoarchitecture and nutrition composition’s changes of extruded straw is analyzed, and the research direction of extrusion technology on straw feed processing in the future is discussed.
