批式循环粮食干燥机换热器的三维流场模拟——基于Solidworks

摘  要：
粮食干燥作业中多用到列管式换水器,这种换水器结构简单、制造容易、检修方便。为此,通过Solid-works软件建模,用插件Solidworks flow simulation模拟批式循环粮食干燥机换热器中烟气和空气的三维流场,对换热器的流场分析和数值分析进行了有意义的探索,为换热器的优化设计提供了有价值的参考。

To establish model through Solidworks,simulate the three-dimensional flow field of smoke and air in heat exchanger of batch type recirculating grain dryer by Solidworks flow simulation.It is meaningful to explore the flow field analysis and numerical analysis of heat exchanger.The results provide a reference for the optimization design of heat exchanger.
