摘 要：
旅游标识系统是旅游景区服务系统的重要组成部分,以西岭雪山国家森林公园为例,运用实地考察和问卷调查方法,对森林公园内旅游标识系统、游客对标识满意度和需求进行调查,阐述了西岭雪山国家森林公园旅游标识系统构成及功能现状。调查发现森林公园的旅游标识系统存在维护管理薄弱,解说材质与环境融合度差等问题,并对标识牌设计、内容、标识评价反馈等方面提出建议,以期促进西岭雪山国家森林公园的生态旅游管理与运营。

摘 要：
The tourism sign system is an important part of the service system of tourist attractions.Taking Xiling Snow Mountain National Forest Park as an example,this paper investigates the tourism sign system in the forest park,the satisfaction and demand of tourists for the sign,and expounds the composition and functional status of the tourism sign system in Xiling Snow Mountain National Forest Park.It was found that there were some problems in the tourism sign system of forest parks,such as weak maintenance and management,poor integration of explanatory materials and environment,and some suggestions on the design,content,evaluation and feedback of the sign were put forward in order to promote the management and operation of the ecological tourism of forest parks.
