龙葵醇提物对稗草和菵草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:
为了研发以龙葵醇提物为原料的植物源除草剂,采用营养液培养法研究了不同浓度的龙葵醇提物对稗草和菵草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:1~2 g/L龙葵醇提物处理对稗草、菵草种子萌发及幼苗生长的抑制作用不显著,甚至1 g/L处理对稗草幼苗生长表现出一定的促进作用,但4~8 g/L处理对稗草和菵草的种子萌发及幼苗生长表现出显著或极显著的化感抑制作用;其中,龙葵提取液对菵草的抑制作用强于稗草;龙葵醇提物对稗草和菵草的氧化还原酶体系(CAT、SOD、POD)的活性影响随着浓度的增大呈先上升后下降的趋势。

摘  要:
In order to exploit bioherbicide from Solanum nigrum extracts, the effect of S. nigrum extracts on seedling and seed of Echinochloa crusgalli and Beckmannia syzigachne were tested under solution culture. The result indicated that the inhibition of S. nigrum extract was not notable for E. crusgalli and B.syzigachne seed at the concentration(from 1 to 2 g/L), and the higher concentrations were notable. S. nigrum extract promote the E. crusgalli and B. syzigachne seedling growth at the 1 g/L concentration, and the above concentrations of S. nigrum extract was remarkable inhibited the E. crusgalli and B. syzigachne seedling. Allelopathic effect on B. syzigachne is better than E. crusgalli. The activity of oxido-reductase(CAT, SOD, POD) of E. crusgalli and B.syzigachne increased at first and then decline with the increasing extract concentration.
