紫红叶甘蓝型油菜叶片的色素变化及光合生理特性

摘  要:
为紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的高效育种和推广利用提供参考,通过测定相对花青素含量、叶绿素含量和可溶性糖含量等研究亚种间远缘杂交新品系紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的叶片色素变化和光合生理特性。结果表明:紫红叶甘蓝型油菜苗期花青素含量达4.901(A_(530)-0.25A_(657))/g,高于抽薹期和开花期。其净光合速率日变化在苗期均呈单峰曲线,无光合午休现象,在12:30时净光合速率达峰值;开花期则呈双峰曲线,且存在明显的午休现象。叶绿素含量呈苗期高、抽薹期低、开花期高的双峰曲线。可溶性糖含量呈苗期至抽薹期逐渐升高,之后明显下降的单峰曲线;且叶色较深的紫红叶甘蓝型油菜的可溶性糖含量最高(达8.837 mg/g),浅紫叶次之,绿叶最低。紫红叶甘蓝型油菜苗期花青素相对含量与叶绿素含量、叶绿素含量与可溶性糖含量均呈显著负相关;抽薹期花青素相对含量与可溶性糖含量呈极显著正相关;开花期花青素相对含量与可溶性糖呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.9740。

摘  要:
To provide references for high-efficient breeding,popularization and utilization of rapeseed with purple-red leaf,to study the pigment and photosynthetic characteristics of purple-red leaf in rapeseed,the authors investigated the photosynthesis factors as anthocyanin and chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic rate,soluble sugar content. Results: The anthocyanin contents in purple-red leaf is 4. 901( A_(530)- 0.25A_(657)) /g at seedling stage,which is higher than in bolting and flowering stage. The one-day net photosynthetic rate presents as a single peak curve with highest value at 12: 30 am,and without photosynthetic lunch break in seedling stage. However,it appears as a double peak curve and with obvious photosynthetic lunch break in flowering stage. The chlorophyll contents in purple-red leaf is higher in seedling and flowering stage and lower in bolting stage. However,the soluble sugar increases gradually from seeding stage to bolting stage and then decreases obviously. The soluble sugar contents in deep purple-red leaf is the highest,8. 837 mg / g,followed by lilac leaf and green leaf. The significant negative correlation is found between anthocyanin and chlorophyll contents as well as chlorophyll contents and soluble sugar contents in purple-red leaf at seedling stage. The high significant positive and significant positive correlation are found between anthocyanin contents and soluble sugar contents in bolting stage and flowering stage,respectively.
