竹单板贴面竹碎料板的加工工艺研究

摘  要：
通过正交试验法,研究以旋切竹单板为面板、竹材碎料板为基材制造装饰板的工艺。结果表明,热压压力为1 0MPa,热压时间1 5min,热压温度100℃,涂胶量为110g·m-2,饰面后的产品主要性能达到国家相关标准要求。

摘  要：
By the orthogonal test,the technical requirements relating on the bamboo veneered bamboo particleboard were discussed.The result showed that with resin consumption of 110g/m~2 and hot pressing of 1.0 MPa at 100℃ for 1.5 min,the main physical and mechanical property of the board could reach the related National Standard.
