摘  要:
[目的]探讨IC反应器中污泥颗粒化的最佳条件。[方法]以处理人工配制葡萄糖废水为例,研究IC反应器中颗粒污泥的快速培养及其影响因素,探讨污泥颗粒化的最佳条件。[结果]污泥经过反应器外静态培养、反应器内动态培养,在一个培养周期内出现颗粒污泥,颗粒污泥粒径为1.0~1.5 mm。IC反应器的进水COD浓度为5 000 mg/L,上升流速为0.9 m/h,pH稳定在7左右,培养过程中加入辅助物质(絮凝剂和活性炭),并以成熟的颗粒污泥进行接种,均可以加快污泥颗粒化进程。[结论]该研究为IC反应器的快速启动提供参考。

摘  要:
[Objective] We aimed to discuss the optimum conditions of sludge granulation on the basis of IC reactor.[Method] By using the formulated glucose wastewater,we studied the rapid cultivation of granular sludge as well as its influencing factors,so as to discuss the optimum conditions of sludge granulation.[Result] Through the static culture outside of IC reactor and dynamic culture in the IC reactor,we found granular sludge during a training cycle,with particle size of 1.0-1.5 mm.In the influent water of IC reactor,when the concentration of COD was 5000 mg/L,the rising velocity was 0.9 m/h,pH was around 7,and auxiliary materials(like flocculant and active carbon) and mature granular sludge were added to the actor during the training process,the sludge granulation process can be improved.[Conclusion] The research could provide references for the rapid start-up of IC reactor.
