河曲藏獒保种措施的探讨

摘要：

在河曲藏獒保种群中,实施各家系等数、公母比例不等的留种方法。使保种群犬群结构达到最佳配置,群体有效含量为239.8,世代间隔2.5年,世代近交系数的增量被控制在0.002以下,公母比例为1♂ : 3♀,同步开展了对河曲藏獒的保护与选育。

摘要：

This paper discussed the method, applied in preserving population of Hequ Tibetan Mastiff, that selecting the offspring for breeding in numbers equally in each family, and the dogs to betches unequally. By this way, it had been gained that effective population size of the preserving population was 239.8, generation interval to 2.5 years, increasing numbers of inbreeding coefficient was lower than 0.002, and the sex ratio was 1 dog to 3 betches.
