华南地区不同父母本行比对棉花天然制种的影响

摘  要:
[目的]探索棉花天然制种合适的父母本比例,提高制种产量,降低制种成本。[方法]利用核不育两型系进行杂交棉天然制种,设置1∶5、1∶6、1∶7、1∶8、1∶9的父母本行比,研究行比对异交结铃率和单株产量的影响。[结果]父母本行比为1∶6的平均结铃率最高,1:5的次之,1∶9的平均结铃率最低,平均结铃率从高到低的排列顺序为1∶6>1∶5>1∶7>1∶8>1∶9。各个父母本行比间的平均结铃率在0.01水平上存在差异,单株产量在0.05水平上存在差异。父母本行比为1∶6与1∶9的结铃率和单株产量的差异达到极显著水平。[结论]在供试的各父母本行比中,父母本行比为1∶6的结铃率、单株产量最高,父母本行比为1∶9的结铃率和单株产量最低。

摘  要:
[Objective] The study aimed to explore the suitable ratio between parental lines for natural seed production of cotton, enhance yield and reduce cost of seed production. [Method] The natural seed production of hybrid cotton was carried out by using genic male sterile two-type line, the ratios between parental lines of 1∶5, 1∶6, 1∶7, 1∶8 and 1∶9 were set up to study the influence of the ratios between parental lines on the boll setting rate and yield per plant of outcrossing. [Result] The average boll setting rate of the ratio between parental lines of 1∶6 was the highest, that of 1∶5 was secondary and that of 1∶9 was the lowest. The arranging sequence from the high to the low of average boll, setting rates was 1∶6>1∶5>1∶7 >1∶8>1∶9. The average boll setting rate among various ratios between parental lines had differences at 0.01 level, with difference of yield per plant at 0.05 level. The difference of boll setting rate and yield per plant of the ratios between parental lines of 1∶ 6 from that of 1∶9 reached extremely significant level. [Conclusion] In tested ratios between parental lines, the boll setting rate and yield per plant of ratio between parental lines of 1∶6 were highest, and that of ratio between parental lines of 1∶9 was the lowest.
