快速公交(BRT)客车的翻滚碰撞性能有限元分析

摘  要:
基于非线性有限元方法进行碰撞仿真的原理,针对BRT客车详细阐述了整车有限元模型的建立。参照了客车翻滚碰撞性能常用标准即欧洲的ECER66法规,用有限元软件仿真模拟某公司BRT客车的翻滚碰撞性能实验,并分析了车身上部结构的安全性能以及对生存空间的侵入。

摘  要:
Based on the basic theory crash analysis using the nonlinear finite element method, a finite element model of a BRT vehicle is built in detail. According to the ECE R66 regulation, the finite element method (FEM) is used to simulate the rolling test of a certain type BRT vehicle, the crashworthiness performance of the body structure and its intrusion into passenger residual space are analyzed.
