云南榧树内生真菌TNF53的分子鉴定及抑菌活性研究

摘  要:
为探明菌株TNF53的分类地位及其抑菌活性,采用试剂盒法、滤纸片扩散法和对峙培养法对从云南榧树叶片上分离得到的内生真菌TNF53进行分子鉴定及其抑菌活性研究。初步鉴定,TNF53为炭疽菌(Colletotrichum),该菌粗提物对三七丝核病菌、辣椒炭疽病菌、辣椒镰刀病菌、水稻稻瘟病菌和白菜黑斑病菌均表现出抑菌活性,其中对三七丝核病菌的抑菌活性最明显。以上结果表明该菌对植物病原真菌具有广谱抗性。

摘  要:
To identify the taxonomic status and antibacterial activity of TNF53 strain, the molecular identification and antibacterial activity of endophytic fungus TNF53 isolated from leaves of Yunnan eucalyptus were studied by kit method, filter paper diffusion method and sputum culture method. The TNF53 was initially identified as Colletotrichum. The crude extract of the strain showed antibacterial activity against Verticillium cinnabarium, Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium solani, Magnaporthe grisea and Alternaria brassicae,especially against Verticillium cinnabarium. The above results indicated that the strain had broad-spectrum resistance to phytopathogenic fungi.
