长鳍篮子鱼的外形特征与消化系统结构

摘  要：
观察并描述了长鳍篮子鱼的外形特征,详细测量了200 ind长鳍篮子鱼的外部形态参数,进行了相关关系分析;并解剖观察了其消化系统结构特征。外部形态参数全长(LT)与体长(LB)、头长(LH)与体长(LB)、体长(LB)与体高(HB)、体重(W)与体长(LB)的相关关系分别为:LT=1.243LB+0.084(R2=0.994);LH=0.218LB+0.370(R2=0.972);LB=2.251HB+1.509(R2=0.896);W=0.011LB3.283(R2=0.991);消化系统结构特征为:口咽腔较小,颌齿发达;食道较短;胃Y形,幽门部肌肉发达,具有2~4个幽门盲囊;肠道细长,肠道系数(CI)为2.64±0.47;肝脏分左右两叶,左肝叶是右肝叶的5倍以上。胆囊位于体腔的后部,肝胆之间通过细长的胆囊管相连,胆囊距肝脏较远。

摘  要：
A total number of 200 individuals(body length from 4.1-27.4 cm) have been observed and measured on the parameters of the configuration.The following regression equations which have close correlation of total length and body length,body length and head length,body length and body height,body weight and body length were obtained: LT=1.243LB+0.084(R2=0.994);LH=0.218LB+0.370(R2=0.972);LB=2.251HB+1.509(R2=0.896);W=0.011 LB3.283(R2=0.991).The structure of digestive system of S.canaliculatus has been observed by way of anatomic method.The oral-pharyngeal cavity was small,jaw teeth were well-developed;the stomach was Y-shaped and pyloric sphincter was well-developed where there were 2-4 pyloric caeca;the intestine was long and the coefficient of intestine was 2.64 ± 0.47.Liver was composed by two lobes,and the left lobe was five times than the right one.The gallbladder located at the posterior part of the body-cavity,far away from the liver.There was a long,thin cystic duct between liver and gallbladder.
