甘氨酸亚铁结晶粒度和均匀性研究

摘  要:
试验研究搅拌速度、添加晶种、降温速度等因素对甘氨酸亚铁结晶粒度和均匀度的影响。结果表明:搅拌速度很大程度地影响晶体粒度及均匀度;添加晶种的结晶粒度是自然结晶粒度的5倍左右,乙醇结晶的粒度是自然结晶粒度的1.5~2倍,且二者的结晶粒度更大,均匀性更好;降温速度越快,晶体粒度越小,粒径分布越集中。

摘  要:
The effect of some factors such as stirring rate, inoculating seed, and cooling rate on thegrain size and uniformity of ferrous glycinate crystallization was investigated in this work. The resultsshowed, the stirring rate greatly influenced the grain size and its uniformity; the grain size became big-ger and its uniformity became better when crystal seed or ethanol was added, the grain size was about5 times and 1.5 to 2 times in the case of crystal seed and ethanol as natural crystallization, respective-ly; the faster the cooling rate is, the smaller the grain size becomes, and the more homogenization thedistribution of grain size is.
