基于扩展功能基的概念设计产品建模

摘  要:
建立了基于功能-载体关系的概念设计产品模型。通过功能基建模来描述元功能和输入输出流,采用键合图描述输入输出流的动态行为属性,建立功能模型。采用无向图描述载体的层次结构,基于零件——联接器建立载体模型。提取产品的功能特征,包括元功能、流对象和关系约束,通过功能分解和载体映射生成设计方案。最后结合传动系统方案求解实例进行了说明和验证。

摘  要:
The product model for conceptual design was built based on function-structure relation.Firstly,the function model was established,in which the meta-function and input/output flow were modeled with the functional basis approach,and the dynamic behavior of input/output flow was described with the language of bond graph.Secondly,the structure model was established based on component-connector relation,in which physical hierarchy was described with undirected graph.Functional features were extracted subsequently,which consist of meta-function,flow object and relational constraints.The design concepts were generated by the decomposition of function and mapping between function and structure.Finally,a design case of transmission system was given to demonstrate the proposed model.
