熊取胆引流道及引流方法的改进试验

摘 要：
本项实验在现行胆囊造瘘术引流熊胆汁的基础上，利用熊的同体组织，经一次性手术做成永久性活体取胆道，被动性开关及皮外口，在取胆时，将导管插入在开关处采集胆汁，胆汁流净后拨出导管。从根本上克服现行造瘘术（插管术）反复手术直至报废胆囊等弊病，使插管术提高到同体移植引流熊胆汁的新阶段。

摘 要：
On the basis of gall intubation,the experiment made the perpetual living path、passive switch and external skin opening for gall after operating once,using homobody tissue.As taking gall,we inserted the vessel in the switch,then pulled out it.The improved vessel over comed operating again and again to gall abondoned, inproved intubation to a new stage of orthotopic transplantation for taking gall.
