摘 要：
在分析新疆农产品冷链物流存在的问题及第三方物流(TPL)基本特征的基础上,构建了基于TPL的新疆农产品冷链物流体系;研究认为,第三方农产品冷链物流企业或联盟以委托代理的形式提供专业化的冷链物流服务,能提高冷链物流速度,降低冷链物流成本,保证新疆生鲜农产品高品质畅销国内外市场;最后提出保障该体系成功实施的建议。

摘 要：
Problems of Xinjiang agricultural cold chain logistics and the basic characteristics of third-party logistics(TPL) were analyzed, the system of Xinjiang agricultural cold chain logistics was established. The results showed that the third party agricultural cold chain logistics companies or alliances providine professional cold chain logistics services in the form of principal-agent improved cold chain logistics efficiency and reduced the cost of cold chain logistics and guaranteed that high quality of fresh farm in Xinjiang be sold well in domestic and foreign markets. Some advices on successful implementation of this system are proposed.
