酸梅粉和柠檬酸对植酸酶改善生长猪钙、磷消化率的影响

摘  要:
本试验采用4×4拉丁方设计,旨在研究酸梅粉和柠檬酸对微生物植酸酶改善生长猪钙、磷消化率的影响。结果显示,在植酸酶的基础上添加1.5%酸梅粉使植酸磷、钙和磷的消化率分别提高17.52%(P<0.05)、21.78%(P<0.05)和27.24%(P<0.05),同时使钙和磷的沉积率也分别提高25.86%(P<0.05)和33.16%(P<0.05);添加1.5%柠檬酸使植酸磷、钙和磷的消化率分别继续提高了8.14%、16.51%和13.13%(P>0.05),同时使钙和磷的沉积率也分别提高了20.94%和12.61%(P>0.05)。以上结果表明,酸梅粉和微生物植酸酶在提高生长猪饲粮植酸磷消化率及钙磷利用率方面存在互作;柠檬酸仅有进一步提高植酸酶对植酸磷的消化和对钙磷的利用的趋势。

摘  要:
4×4 Latin square design was used in this experiment to study the effect of microbial phytase and dark plum powder or citric acid on the digestibility of phytate phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus in growing pigs.Results indicated,the digestibility of phytate phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus were improved 17.52%(P<0.05),21.78%(P<0.05) and 27.24%(P<0.05)respectively in diet with phytase added 1.5% dark plum powder.meanwhile,the deposition rate of calcium and phosphorus were also improved 25.86%(P<0.05)and 33.16%(P<0.05)respectively;the digestibility of phytate phosphorus,calcium and phosphorus were improved 8.14%(P<0.05),16.51%(P>0.05) and 13.13%(P>0.05)respectively in diet with phytase added 1.5% citric acid,meanwhile,the deposition rate of calcium and phosphorus were also improved 20.94%(P>0.05) and 12.61%(P>0.05).In conclusion,an interaction effect of dark plum powder and microbial phytase was found for digestibility of phytate phosphorus and utilization of Ca and P.Citric acid had only further improved digestibility of phytate phosphorus and utilization of Ca and P by phytase.
