长征精神是中国共产党领导中国工农红军在极其艰难困苦环境下形成的,具有追求理想、坚定信念、乐于吃苦、不惧艰难、坚持不懈、实事求是、创新前进、严守纪律、团结人民、艰苦奋斗的深刻内涵。针对继续教育办学理念前瞻性不够、管理队伍优化程度不够、管理配套制度完善性不够、教学设置灵活性不够等问题,坚持弘扬长征精神,有助于指引继续教育理念创新、科学管理和改革发展,从而促进继续教育可持续发展。

摘  要：
Long March spirit was formed from Chinese Workers′ and Peasants′ Red Army whom was led by the Communist Party of China under the extremely difficult environment. Long March spirit has profound connotations of pursuing ideal, firming faith, being willing to bear hardships, fearlessness of difficulties, persistence, seeking truth from facts, making innovative progress, strictly abiding by discipline, uniting the people and striving hard. Aim at the problems such as the lack of foresight in teaching ideas of continuing education, the insufficient optimization of management team, the lack of perfection of management supporting system and the flexibility of teaching setting. Insist on carrying forward the Long March spirit will contribute to leading the innovation of continuing education, keeping scientific management and reforming development, and also promoting the sustainable development of continuing education.
