吉林省鸟类繁殖新纪录——疣鼻天鹅

摘  要：
疣鼻天鹅(Cygnus olor)为雁形目鸭科天鹅属鸟类,主要繁殖区在欧洲北部、亚洲中部和西部,我国主要繁殖于新疆中部和北部、柴达木盆地、甘肃西北部和内蒙古东北部,迁徙时途经我国东北和华北地区,在黄河三角洲、长江中下游一带、东南沿海及台湾越冬;其种群数量较少,被列入国家Ⅱ级重点保护野生动物。2017年6月3日,笔者在吉林向海国家级自然保护区内的鹤类核心区青年坝附近监测到2只疣鼻天鹅活动,7月9日观察到2只成鸟带领5只雏鸟在核心区芦苇湿地取食,雏鸟约50日龄,经拍照确认为一个疣鼻天鹅家族,由此判断这对疣鼻天鹅在本区已成功繁殖,在查阅相关文献后,未见吉林省疣鼻天鹅繁殖记录相关报道,证实疣鼻天鹅为吉林省鸟类繁殖新纪录,该发现对于研究疣鼻天鹅繁殖行为和种群生态学具有重要意义。

摘  要：
Mute swan( Branta ruficollis) represents the Anatidae,subfamily Anserinae of the bird order Anseriformes. The main breeding areas are in northern Europe,central and western Asia.In China,Mute swan mainly breeds in central and northern Xinjiang,the Qaidam Basin,northwestern Gansu, and northeastern Inner Mongolia. Mute swan migrates through northeast and north China,and overwinters in the Yellow River delta,the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River,the southeast coast and Taiwan Province. Its population size is small and it is listed as a second-class national protected species in China. On 3 June 2017,two mute swans were observed at the Youth Dam,the Crane Core Area of Xianghai National Nature Reserve,Jilin Province. On 9 July 2017,two mute swans led five hatchlings which were about 50 days old to forageat the reed wetlands of the core area. The small group was photographed and confirmed as a family of mute swans,and thus proved that this pair of mute swans had bred successfully in this area.There were no previous published reports of mute swan( Branta ruficollis) breeding in Jilin Province.It is confirmed that the breeding of these mute swans constitutes a new breeding record for Jilin Province. This discovery is of great significance to the study on breeding behavior of mute swans( Branta ruficollis) and population ecology.
