苗药复方在鸡胚中抗新城疫病毒的试验观察

摘  要：
用鸡胚培养法和红细胞凝集试验(HA)观察苗药复方提取液在鸡胚中对新城疫病毒的抑制作用。第1组接种病毒尿囊液与苗药复方提取液混合液,鸡胚72 h后存活率为88.9%,HA滴度为0;第1I组接种利巴韦林和病毒尿囊液混合液,鸡胚72 h存活率为47.1%,HA滴度为4log_2;第Ⅲ组接种病毒尿囊液与生理盐水混合液,鸡胚72 h后存活率为0,HA滴度为91og_2;第1V组只接种生理盐水,鸡胚72h存活率为100%,HA滴度0。第1组与第1II组差异极显著(P<0.01),第Ⅰ组与第II组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明,苗药复方提取液对鸡胚接种的新城疫病毒有较强的抑制作用。

摘  要：
Embryo culture and Hemagglutination test were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Miao medicinal co-prescription on Newcastle disease virus(NDV).The first group was inoculated with virus allantoic fluid and Miao medicinal co-prescription mixture,the survival rate of embryo was 88.9%,HA was 0;The second group was inoculated with virus allantoic fluid and ribavirin mixture,the survival rate was 47.1%,HA was 41og2,The third group was inoculated with virus allantoic lluid and saline solution,the embryo survival rate was 0,HA was 91og2;The last group was just inoculated with saline solution,the embryo survival rate was 100%,HA was 0.The first group and the third group had extremely significant difference(P<0.01).The first group and the second group had significant difference(P <0.05).The conclusion suggests that the Miao medicinal co-prescription has significant effect against NOV in SPF chicken embryo,which is superior to ribavirin.
