高品质陆地棉与Bt抗虫棉杂交纤维品质性状的遗传及优势分析

摘  要:
利用加显模型研究高品质陆地棉品种(系)与转B t基因抗虫棉杂交纤维品质的遗传效应及优势表现。方差分析表明纤维品质的遗传变异以加性效应为主,显性效应对绒长也有较大的作用。比强度和麦克隆值的狭义遗传率分别为61.9%,61.4%,表明这两个性状的选择可在早代进行。杂种优势分析表明绒长和麦克隆值具有显著的正中亲优势,绒长还存在微小的正超亲优势,比强度具有负优势,杂种纤维品质具有比现有推广品种较强的竞争优势。对亲本纤维品质性状的配合力分析表明,赣棉12号、红鹤1号、MM-2、A9-1为配合力较好的优质亲本。

摘  要:
The crosses were made between high quality varieties as females and transgenic Bt cotton as males by NCII design.The genetic effect and heterosis of fiber traits in the hybrids were analyzed using the genetic model of addictive dominance.The results showed that the fiber quality traits were mainly controlled by additive effects,but strong dominant effects also existed in fiber length.The narrow heritability was high for fiber length and micnaire value,making 61.9% and 61.4% respectively,which suggested that the improvement of them could be carried out at early generations.Significantly positive mean heterosis was found for fiber length and micnaire value and negative F1 heterosis for fiber strength.There also existed faint positive better-parent heterosis in fiber length.The main fiber traits of the hybrids were superior to that of the check significantly at 0.01 level.Combining ability analysis for fiber characters showed that the parents with high general combining ability were Ganmian 12,Honghe 1,MM-2 and A9-1.
