用于减轻氯嘧磺隆对玉米残留药害的除草剂解毒剂

摘  要:
以垦玉6号玉米为指示材料,采用水培法研究了除草剂解毒剂N-二氯乙酰基-2-甲基-1-氧杂-4-氮杂-螺[4.4]壬烷减轻除草剂氯嘧磺隆对玉米产生的残留药害。试验结果表明:用不同质量分数的解毒剂浸种处理后,能够在不同程度上减轻氯嘧磺隆对玉米幼苗的药害。当氯嘧磺隆的质量分数为2.0μg/kg,解毒剂的质量分数为5mg/kg时对玉米保护效果达到最好,根长保护率达36.85%,芽长保护率达30.64%,根重保护率达24.64%,芽重保护率达28.31%。

摘  要:
The herbicide antidote N-dichloroacetyl-2-methyl-1-oxa-4-aza-spiro-4.4-nonane was tested on protecting maize residual damage from chlorimuron by 6 agriculture maize as indicator plant in water with chlorimuron. The results are showed that the antidote can protect maize damage from chlorimuron differently after soaking maize with different concentration antidotes. The protection was the best when chlorimuron concentration was 2.0 μg/kg, and concentration of the antidotes was 5 mg/kg. The protection rate of root length reached 36.85%, plant height was 30.64%, root fresh weight was 24.64%, and plant fresh weight was 28.31%.
