加和法与一步法测定固体废弃物中的总氮

摘  要:
[目的]研究固体废弃物总氮测定方法。[方法]对固体废弃物样品采用加和法、一步法测定其总氮含量,并对2种方法进行了对比。[结果]通过样品测试数据的比较,表明加和法测得的铵态氮和硝态氮之和与一步法所测总氮含量一致,加和法的RSD低于2.92%,一步法的RSD低于1.53%;加和法样品回收率为94.5%~102.9%,一步法样品回收率为95.8%~101.4%。[结论]2种方法的精确度和准确度均满足质控要求。相比之下,一步法精确度更高、回收效果更好。

摘  要:
[Objective]The testing method of the content of total nitrogen in solid waste was researched.[Method]The content of total nitro-gen in the sample of solid waste was measured with the additive method and one-step method and then the testing result from of both two meth-ods was compared.[Results]The result showed that the content of NH4 +-N and NO3-N,measured with the both two methods,was consist-ent.The value of the relatively standard deviation(RSD) measured with the additive method was less than 2.92% and the RSD measured with the one-step method,less than 1.53% .The recovery rate range of additive method and one-step method was 94.5%-102.9% and 95.8%-101.4% ,respectively.[Conclusion]The precision and accuracy of both of the methods was met with the requirement of quality control.By comparison,the one-step method was of higher accuracy and better recovery.
