轻型载货车前轮轮胎异常磨损研究

摘  要:
基于 A.Schallamach- Turner轮胎磨损模型 ,分析了某轻型载货车前轮轮胎异常磨损机理 ,讨论了前轮定位参数、轮胎气压、轮胎负荷、轮胎花纹、前后轮制动力分配、胎面材料及配方对轮胎磨损的影响。分析了样车轮胎的磨损现象和磨损原因 ,对轮胎和整车参数进行了改进设计与匹配。道路试验证明 :轮胎的耐磨性有所提高 ,理论研究和分析结果与实际情况相符

摘  要:
We have studied the abnormal wear mechanism of front tires of a light vehicle based on the A. Schallamach Turner model. By this model, the positioning parameters, and pressure, decorative pattern, and load of the tire were analyzed in the paper. We also analysed the brake distributions of front and rear tires and the impact on surface material prescription to the tire wear. By testing of a prototype vehicle, we found out the reasons of tire wear and modified the relevant parameters of tire and vehicle. The testing results on road showed that the result from the theoretical study complied with that from practical testing and the tire wearability was greatly improved.
