摘  要：
This paper presents an analysis on the status of forest bio-safety, dynamics of bio-safety research at home and abroad and relative polices and regulations in this regard, and based on the analysis, puts forward recommendations on strengthening institutions, mechanisms, capacity building, assessment on the risk of bio-safety, information exchange and sharing and improving cross-sector coordination.
