新疆成年绵羊对口蹄疫Asia-Ⅰ型与O型二价灭活疫苗免疫效果观察

摘 要:
与牛和猪的口蹄疫(foot-and-mouth disease,FMD)相比,绵羊FMD通常不表现出明显的临床症状,但其在FMD流行病学中的传播作用不可低估。本研究选择有免疫接种史的成年绵羊来验证3种FMD二价灭活疫苗的免疫效果,并进行跟踪免疫监测。实验结果表明,3种疫苗免疫绵羊30 d后,所有被检绵羊的血清O型和Asia-Ⅰ型ELISA抗体滴度≥lg2.19,在此后的不同检测时间段分别达到峰值,随后下降,免疫150 d时,被检绵羊的O型和Asia-Ⅰ型ELISA抗体滴度仍维持在lg1.86~lg2.20。实验结束时,3种疫苗的O型ELISA抗体合格率≥70%,Asia-Ⅰ型ELISA抗体的合格率≥80%,均达到了国家标准。这些结果提示,在我国FMD防控计划中,对有免疫接种史的成年绵羊每年2次接种二价灭活FMD疫苗是可行的。

摘 要:
Even though sheep infected with foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV) usually show less clinical evidence than cattle and pigs,it can not underestimate their epidemiological role in the spread of foot-and-mouth disease(FMD).In this study,previously vaccinated adult sheep in a six moth interval were selected and revaccinated with three kinds of inactivated bivalent foot-and-mouth disease vaccines for the examination of their immune efficiency,and the tracking immune monitoring was performed simultaneously.The results were shown that titers of ELISA antibodies against FMDV sorotypes O and Asia-Ⅰ in all sheep screened were increased above lg2.19 at 30 days postvaccination(dpv).The titers reached the peak values after 30dpv,60dpv and 90 dpv,respectively,and then decreased mildly.The ELISA antibody titers were sill maintained between lg1.86 and lg2.20 by end of the experiment(150 dpv).The qualification rates of ELISA antibodies to sorotypes O and Asia-Ⅰ for the three kinds of inactivated bivalent foot-and-mouth disease vaccines were ≥70% and ≥80%,respectively,and were identified with the national standards.The results also suggest that it is feasible for vaccinated adult sheep in a six moth interval to revaccinate the inactivated bivalent foot-and-mouth disease vaccines two times per year.
